THE CARE WITHIN YOU
Kindness

Make someone’s day a little easier to carry.
Kindness turns concern into considerate action. It means responding to a real need in someone’s day, rather than simply being agreeable or avoiding tension.
When this strength serves you
You notice where a small practical gesture could help. You make space for people to be human, including when they are inconvenient or having a difficult day.
The other side of kindness
Caring for everyone can leave your own needs out of the picture. Help works best when it respects both your limits and the other person’s wishes.
Kindness and Patience: what is different?
Kindness directs care toward someone’s needs. Patience gives a difficult moment time. Waiting quietly can be kind, but sometimes kindness means speaking up.
One small experiment
Ask someone what would actually help, rather than guessing. Offer something specific that you can give without resentment.
Is this help wanted, and can I offer it sustainably?
Reading your result
