Justice pays attention to how rules and consequences affect different people. It asks whether a decision stays fair when the roles are reversed, at a cost.

When this strength serves you

You notice uneven standards and missing perspectives. You can defend a fair process even when someone you like would benefit from an exception.

The other side of justice

A clear principle can obscure a complicated situation. Fairness needs evidence, proportion, and room for people to repair a mistake.

Justice and Integrity: what is different?

Justice asks whether a standard treats people fairly. Integrity asks whether your own actions match your commitments. A consistent rule is not automatically a fair one.
